End of Life Care

One of the most challenging moments in life is when a loved one becomes terminally ill with an advanced, progressive, and incurable condition. The end can be sudden or a gradual fading process that lasts for days, weeks, months, or even years. Whether at home, in a hospital, or in a retirement community, we are here to support you and your family during these difficult times.

Our primary goal during this stage is to provide maximum comfort. We aim to prevent or alleviate any suffering and improve the quality of life as much as possible

Errands

Tasks or activities that need to be completed outside of the home, such as: Grocery shopping,

Post office runs,​ Dry cleaning, Pharmacy runs, Gift shopping, etc.

Light Housekeeping

Maintaining a clean and organized living space on a regular basis to promote a healthy and comfortable home environment.

Transportation

We help with daily activities and much more

Personal Care and Hygiene

Activities that individuals undertake to maintain their physical health, cleanliness, and grooming. Such as: Bathing, Brushing teeth/flossing, Applying lotion and makeup, Shaving, etc. ​

Medical Appointments

Providing transportation and support to a person who needs to visit a medical facility for an appointment, such as a doctor's office, clinic, hospital, or other medical center.

Meal Prep and Nutrition

Preparing healthy meals, every meal is balanced and filled with essential nutrients. As well as considerate of any dietary needs. 

Movement to and from different locations with licensed caregivers.

The end of life deserves as much beauty, care and respect as the beginning.
